Pilot Project is both a collaborative incubator for aspiring local brewers and a tasting room for delighted ale aficionados. Cure your winter blues with $3 off beer flights and one $5 full pour! Not in a boozy mood? Cozy up with locally sourced coffee on one of several luxe leather couches. Pilot Project also offers small fare including a cookie flight from Mindy’s Hot Chocolate and savory charcuterie and cheese boards.
